Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 56 Proposing an amendment to the                          
Constitution of the State of Alaska prohibiting certain initiatives            
relating to wildlife, be held on reconsideration to April 25. Without          
objection, it was so ordered.
